Vision and Mission
Vision Statement:
The Ryan Project envisions a safe and drug-free community that is nurturing and supportive of youth and their families.
Our Mission:
-To Assist Little Elm area individuals and families in preventing alcohol/drug abuse and violence.
- To Promote parent awareness and empowerment programs.
- To Restore and strengthen families.
Short Term Goals Of The Ryan Project
1. Complete catalog and publicize existing local resources for prevention and intervention of alcohol/drugs and violence.
2. Complete establishment of a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation for "The Ryan Project".
3. Establish Teen Nite in Little Elm.

Long Term Goals Of The Ryan Project
1. Establish a Parent Empowerment Program within four months.
2. Open dialog with LEISD to integrate a “parent empowerment program” with students.
3. Establish a Boys & Girls Club or similar youth program within 18 months.
4. Establish affordable or free local counseling for Little Elm residents.
